Los georgianos guardan el vino con el hollejo de la uva durante varios d\u00edas y luego se fermenta en las vasijas de arcilla \u00abQvevri\u00bb enterradass bajo tierra. Esta forma de elaborar vino es reconocida por la UNESCO como Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial de la Humanidad.<\/p>\n<p>Visitaremos a un maestro \u00abQvevri\u00bb que nos demostrar\u00e1 c\u00f3mo se hacen estas vasijas de barro. Posteriormente viajar\u00e1 a la pintoresca Catedral de Alaverdi para degustar un vino muy especial elaborado por los monjes en una antigua bodega. Continuaremos hasta Gremi &#8211; una iglesia con hermosos murales y su interesante museo. La \u00faltima parada del d\u00eda ser\u00e1 en una bodega tradicional local, donde aprender\u00e1 m\u00e1s sobre la forma tradicional de elaborar vino y probar\u00e1 tanto vinos tintos como blancos y el aguardiente georgiano (vodka) \u00abChacha\u00bb.
