Transfer to a hotel for an overnight.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Day 2: Tbilisi\/Mtskheta\/Uplistsikhe\/Tbilisi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Today you\u2019ll visit Mtskheta \u2013 the ancient capital of Georgia and see UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Jvari Monastery (6<sup>th<\/sup> century) and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (11<sup>th<\/sup> century). Svetitskhoveli is known as the church where the part of Jesus\u2019 Robe is buried and is the holiest church in Georgia.<\/p>\n<p>Continue to Gori. Photo stop at the Museum of Stalin. Transfer to Uplistsikhe Cave Town and enjoy a cave walk. The town is dug in the sun-stone plateau and is of beautiful golden color. Initially there had been more than 500 caves, but during the existence of 3000 years it has lost much of it.<\/p>\n<p>Drive to Tbilisi and enjoy a short evening walking tour of Tbilisi visiting the highlights of the Old Town with beautiful Orthodox Christian Churches, Mosque, Synagogue, famous and refreshing Sulphur Baths, narrow cobbled streets with hanging wooden carved multi-colored balconies and the 19<sup>th<\/sup> century houses following the architectural styles of the 19<sup>th<\/sup> century Europe, Narikala Fortress, the glass Bridge of Peace.<\/p>\n<p>Overnight at a hotel in Tbilisi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Day 3: Tbilisi\/Velistsikhe\/Sighnaghi\/Tbilisi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Travel to Kakheti province \u2013 the wine cradle of Georgia.<\/p>\n<p>Kakheti with its fertile soil is the perfect place to grow vines and make wine.<\/p>\n<p>Visit a farmer\u2019s winery to get acquainted with traditional way of wine-making, see \u201cQvevri\u201d buried under the ground and taste home-made Georgian red and white wines as well as Georgian fire-water (vodka) \u201cChacha\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>In the afternoon you\u2019ll travel to a tiny town of Sighnaghi surrounded by a wall. The town is very romantic and is called &#8211; the town of love. From Sighnaghi you can enjoy the great view over the Alazani River Valley topped by the Great Caucasus Mountains. The setting is really magnificent and the carving of the church an unexpected discovery.<\/p>\n<p>Continue over the serpentine road of the Cross Pass so named by Russian Emperor Catherine II. The Cross Pass is also the watershed and rivers on the other side of the Cross Pass flow to Russia. You descend from 2395m \u2013 the highest point of the Cross Pass to 1700m, Kazbegi.<\/p>\n<p>You can take a leisure 3hr round trip walk to Gergeti Trinity Church and enjoy crystal clear air or hire a local 4WD to drive up the church. The walk is magnificent and offers passing the meadows and the tiny forests, but if you prefer to relax, you\u2019d better take a 4WD tour. The views from the top are fabulous and the church is definitely worth visiting.<\/p>\n<p>In a clear weather, lucky enough, we\u2019ll see Mt.
